These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of elementalflowers.co.uk (the “Site”) and to all orders placed with Elemental Flowers Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order will apply.

Our Flowers & Designs

Seasonal Nature of Our Work

We work exclusively with seasonal flowers. For this reason:

  • Bouquets and arrangements will not replicate website images exactly

  • Flowers, colours, and varieties will vary depending on seasonal availability

  • Images on the Site are provided as a guide to size, style, and overall feel only

By placing an order, you accept our creative discretion and the natural variation inherent in seasonal floristry.

Bouquet Sizes

We currently offer the following bouquet sizes:

  • Small

  • Medium

  • Big

The size selected refers to the overall scale and value of the arrangement, not specific flower varieties or quantities.

Ikebana Subscription

We also offer a modern ikebana flower arrangement subscription, which includes:

  • A large-scale centrepiece arrangement

  • A kenzan (flower frog) included with each delivered arrangement

  • A seasonal, sculptural approach that will vary with each delivery

Ikebana arrangements are artistic interpretations and will differ each time.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK taxes

  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where pricing errors or suspected fraud occur

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is fulfilled

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued within a reasonable time.

Delivery

Delivery Area

We only deliver within London. Orders placed outside our delivery area will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery Timing

We offer:

  • Next-day delivery, or

  • Delivery on a specific future date selected at checkout

We do not offer same-day delivery.

While we do our best to meet requested delivery dates, delays caused by factors outside our control (such as traffic, weather, or courier issues) cannot be guaranteed against.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Please include any safe-place delivery instructions at checkout, in the notes section. These details will be shared with our courier alongside the delivery address.

  • It is the sender’s responsibility to inform the recipient of the delivery

If flowers are left in a safe place at the recipient’s address, this is done at the courier’s discretion and at the recipient’s risk.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of our products:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once flowers have been prepared or dispatched

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and assist

Website Use

You must not:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with or damage the Site

  • Introduce viruses or malicious code

  • Misrepresent your association with Elemental Flowers

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or that it will be error-free.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Elemental Flowers Ltd and is protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
Content shared on social media may be reposted unaltered with credit.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

  • Use of the Site

  • Variations in floral designs

  • Delayed or unsuccessful deliveries outside our control

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
